Italix is the house pen brand of Mr Pen Ltd, a British mail-order pen company, with pens assembled from parts made in England, Germany and the Far East. The brand made its reputation with the Parson's Essential, a heavy brass cartridge/converter fountain pen prized for its hand-finished italic and oblique nibs at a modest price.
