Bril is an Indian writing instruments brand founded in 1964 by Dr. N. Jayaraman and headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The company began as a fountain pen ink manufacturer and its economical bottled inks remain a staple for Indian students and writers. Now run by the second and third generations of the founding family, Bril has expanded into pens, school stationery and children's products.
