Hakase

Hakase is a bespoke fountain pen workshop from Tottori, Japan, whose family business began as a home workshop in 1934 and became a pen specialty shop in 1960. Since 1982 it has made fully custom fountain pens under founder Masaaki Yamamoto's system of handwriting analysis, with nibs and lathe-turned bodies tailored to each customer and waiting lists of over two years.
