Pebeo is a French art materials manufacturer founded in 1919 near Marseille and still family-owned by the Chaveau family, today based in Gemenos. It produces fine-art paints, drawing inks, and craft and fabric colors, and pioneered France's first domestically produced acrylic paints in 1977. The company holds France's 'Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant' (Living Heritage Company) label.
