Reds and pinks show the most dramatic shading of any color family — expect real variation between the edges and center of each letter. This ink will behave predictably on most fountain-pen-friendly paper. Cheap, highly absorbent paper (standard copier paper) will dull any ink's saturation and can cause feathering or bleed-through with wetter nibs.

Nonble (NBC) is a Japanese stationery brand best known for limited-edition collaborations with major pen makers, including Sailor Pro Gear Slim models and a tea-themed series of Platinum #3776 Century pens. Editions such as Apricot Peach Tea, Chamomile Tea, Chai Tea and Peppermint Tea were produced in small numbers and paired with matching bottled inks.
