Paper & pairing
Warm tones (oranges, yellows, ambers) show strong contrast between light and dark areas of each stroke, which is part of why they're popular with broader nibs. This ink will behave predictably on most fountain-pen-friendly paper. Cheap, highly absorbent paper (standard copier paper) will dull any ink's saturation and can cause feathering or bleed-through with wetter nibs.
About Sailor x Itoya
Sailor x Itoya is a collaboration ink line between Sailor, the historic Japanese fountain pen manufacturer, and Itoya, the famous Ginza stationery store founded in Tokyo in 1904. The Sailor-made exclusive inks are sold through Itoya and include the bar-themed Cocktail Ink series as well as limited editions such as the Disney 100 collection.
