About Mabie Todd
Mabie, Todd & Co. was established in New York City in 1860, with its partners' roots in gold nib and pencil making dating to the 1840s. Famous for the Swan fountain pen introduced around 1890, as well as the Blackbird line, the firm became a British company in 1914 and marketed Swan as "the pen of the British Empire" before production ended in the ballpoint era by the late 1950s.
How to fill the Mabie Todd Blackbird
