How to fill the Platinum Preppy
This model is designed around its maker's proprietary cartridges rather than a universal standard, so bottled ink generally requires a compatible converter (where available) or refilling spent cartridges by hand with a syringe.
Choosing a nib size
Nib size determines line width, not writing pressure: fountain pens are meant to glide, never press.
